  1. Boil water for the spaghetti.
  2. Toast the pepper until fragrant.
  3. Grate the pecorino and parmesan cheese.
  4. Cook spaghetti for 6 minutes.
  5. Add pecorino cheese to the pan with the pasta water and emulsify.
  6. Add spaghetti to the pan and continue to cook for about 4 minutes, adding pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
  7. Stir in grated cheese and a ladleful of pasta water.
  8. Plate the spaghetti, adding more cheese on top.
  9. Garnish with bread.
  10. Enjoy.
