Ingredients
- 100g spaghetti
- 70g pecorino
- 30g parmesan
- 8g pepper
- Salt
- Spaghetti

Instructions
- Boil water for the spaghetti.
- Toast the pepper until fragrant.
- Grate the pecorino and parmesan cheese.
- Cook spaghetti for 6 minutes.
- Add pecorino cheese to the pan with the pasta water and emulsify.
- Add spaghetti to the pan and continue to cook for about 4 minutes, adding pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
- Stir in grated cheese and a ladleful of pasta water.
- Plate the spaghetti, adding more cheese on top.
- Garnish with bread.
- Enjoy.
