Instructions
- Crumble the tofu and toast it until it's dry and thirsty.
- Add teriyaki sauce to the crumbled tofu and caramelize it.
- For the broth, combine miso, peanut butter, red curry paste, and soy sauce.
- Add a can of coconut milk and whisk until smooth.
- Cook brown rice ramen noodles separately.
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Add the caramelized tofu topping to the ramen.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
- Serve and enjoy.
