  2. Add teriyaki sauce to the crumbled tofu and caramelize it.
  3. For the broth, combine miso, peanut butter, red curry paste, and soy sauce.
  4. Add a can of coconut milk and whisk until smooth.
  5. Cook brown rice ramen noodles separately.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Add the caramelized tofu topping to the ramen.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
