  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. Add milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and oil to a separate bowl and whisk well.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Add the hot coffee and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. While the cake is baking, prepare the chocolate ganache by combining condensed milk, heavy cream, dark chocolate, and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
  9. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  10. Once the cake is baked, let it cool in the pan.
  11. Optional: prepare a simple syrup by boiling sugar and water together. Let it cool.
  12. Pour the simple syrup over the cake to moisten it.
  13. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cake and spread evenly.
  14. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate.
  15. Serve and enjoy!
