  1. In a deep bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add the milk mixture, butter, and egg to the flour mixture and knead. The dough will be sticky.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add half a cup of flour to one part and cocoa to the other, and knead them separately.
  4. Cover the doughs and let them rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the risen doughs, shape them as shown in the video, and add chocolate in between.
  6. Place the shaped dough onto a baking tray, cover it, and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Finally, brush the top with the egg yolk and milk mixture.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (bottom-top setting) for approximately 35 minutes, monitoring closely.
  9. Once out of the oven, cover the brioche with a clean cloth and let it cool.
