No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped nuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and honey or maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
- Add protein powder, rolled oats, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- If the dough is too sticky, add a little more protein powder or oats. If it's too dry, add a teaspoon of water or milk.
- Stir in any optional additions like chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
- Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
