Nutella Crepes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Nutella for filling
- Butter for cooking
- Melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
- Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes (or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days).
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Flip the crepe and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Slide the crepe onto a plate and spread a layer of Nutella over it.
- Fold or roll the crepe and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired and serve immediately.
