One Can Of Chickpeas Will Change How You Think About Protein Bars

  1. Black Bean Bars
  2. Drain can of black beans (save aquafaba). Rinse the beans off.
  3. Add the oats to a food processor and pulse them to smaller bits. Then add beans, dates and pulse. Add in protein powder, cacao, maple syrup, and aquafaba, pulse.
  4. Line bread pan with parchment paper then add in mixture. I topped mine with choc chips.
  5. Preheat oven to 350ºf.
  6. Chickpea Bars
  7. Drain chickpeas, save the aquafaba.
  8. Add oats to food processor and pulse.
  9. Add chickpeas, allulose, protein powder, peanut butter powder, peanut butter, aquafaba then pulse.
  10. Line bread pan with parchment paper and add the mix in.
  11. Sprinkle each batch with salt, and brown cane sugar on the chocolate batch. Add them to the oven for 20 minutes. Cut into portions and enjoy!
