One Pan Red Curry Dumplings
Description: Delicious one-pan red curry dumplings with bok choy, ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 400mL coconut milk
- 2 bunches bok choy, chopped
- ~15 frozen dumplings
- 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- In a large baking dish, place all red curry ingredients.
- Whisk until combined.
- Add bok choy in an even layer and then top with the dumplings.
- Bake for 15 mins or until cooked.
- Top with coriander, chilli oil and sesame seeds.
