Instructions

  1. Blend all wet ingredients on LOW for 5–7 seconds.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Fold wet into dry until just combined.
  4. Add crushed Oreos.
  5. Portion into 4 small springform pans and place on a larger pan with a warm-water bath.
  6. Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes, then turn oven off and leave inside with the door cracked for 25 minutes.
  7. Cool for 30 min, then refrigerate for 4–6 hours.
  8. Add toppings if desired.
