Oreo Protein Cheesecake Cookies
Description: High protein, low cal Oreo Protein Cheesecake Cookies, perfect for meal prep. Features a blend of Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese, protein powder, and crushed Oreo Thins.
Ingredients
- 240g plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 120g 2% cottage cheese
- 120g fat-free cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 50g egg whites
- 50g vanilla whey/casein blend protein powder
- 14g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
- 10g zero-cal sweetener
- 4 crushed Oreo Thins
- Cool Whip (optional)
- Crushed Oreos (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all wet ingredients on LOW for 5–7 seconds.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Fold wet into dry until just combined.
- Add crushed Oreos.
- Portion into 4 small springform pans and place on a larger pan with a warm-water bath.
- Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes, then turn oven off and leave inside with the door cracked for 25 minutes.
- Cool for 30 min, then refrigerate for 4–6 hours.
- Add toppings if desired.
