Instructions

- Mash confit garlic with butter, parmesan, and parsley.
- Mix until you get a texture like this.
- Take the dough.
- Press the dough to flatten it.
- Place the dough in a pan.
- Cook on medium-high heat with some oil.
- Rotate every minute until golden brown.
- Remove from pan onto paper towel.
- Brush with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
