  1. Add oil or ghee to a pan with cumin seeds, chopped red onion, green bell pepper, garlic, and salt. Cook until the oil separates a bit.
  2. Add tomato paste, ground coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix and cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add milk and water to form the curry base.
  4. Add crumbled or cubed paneer and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve with roti or rice.
