Parmesan Crusted Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Complete Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic infused oil
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic & herb seasoning
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic infused oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Butterfly the chicken breasts and pound them thin.
- Season chicken with Slap Ya Mama, Complete Seasoning, and Ranch seasoning.
- In a bowl, combine shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, garlic infused oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and garlic & herb seasoning.
- Melt butter and stir it into the panko mixture.
- Sear the chicken breasts in a lightly oiled skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Top each chicken breast with the cheese mixture, then sprinkle with the panko breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Optional: Broil for a minute or two to get extra crispy topping, watching closely.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
