Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb Ground beef
- 2 Bell peppers, chopped
- ½ Onion, chopped
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- When partially browned, add the onion and bell peppers. Cook until beef is browned and veggies are soft.
- Add seasoned salt and minced garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Drain excess grease.
- Add the beef mixture to a greased 9×9 baking dish.
- Layer provolone cheese slices over the top.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over beef mixture.
- Bake 35–40 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
