  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. When partially browned, add the onion and bell peppers. Cook until beef is browned and veggies are soft.
  4. Add seasoned salt and minced garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Drain excess grease.
  5. Add the beef mixture to a greased 9×9 baking dish.
  6. Layer provolone cheese slices over the top.
  7. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over beef mixture.
  8. Bake 35–40 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
