Philly Cheesesteak Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 sirloin steaks
- 3 tsp oil
- 2 onions
- 2 green peppers
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Cheddar Cheese slices
- Sub Rolls
- Algerian Sauce
Instructions
- Thinly slice the sirloin steaks.
- Thinly slice the onions and green peppers.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook until browned, breaking them up as they cook.
- Add onions and green peppers to the skillet with the steak.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook until vegetables are tender and steak is cooked through.
- While the steak and vegetables are cooking, slice the sub rolls lengthwise.
- Place cheese slices on top of the steak and vegetable mixture in the skillet. Cover for a minute or two until the cheese is melted.
- Spoon the cheesesteak mixture into the sub rolls.
- Drizzle with Algerian Sauce.
