  1. Thinly slice the sirloin steaks.
  2. Thinly slice the onions and green peppers.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak slices and cook until browned, breaking them up as they cook.
  5. Add onions and green peppers to the skillet with the steak.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. Cook until vegetables are tender and steak is cooked through.
  8. While the steak and vegetables are cooking, slice the sub rolls lengthwise.
  9. Place cheese slices on top of the steak and vegetable mixture in the skillet. Cover for a minute or two until the cheese is melted.
  10. Spoon the cheesesteak mixture into the sub rolls.
  11. Drizzle with Algerian Sauce.
