Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 165g wheat flour

Instructions
- Mix eggs, flour, Herbes de Provence, olive oil, and milk to create the crêpe batter.
- Cook the crêpes.
- Fill the crêpes with ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, grated cheese, and black olives.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius with fan-assisted heat.
