Protein BBQ Cheeseburger Wraps
Description: Easy to meal prep, amazing bbq taste, amazing ingredients and super quick to make protein BBQ cheeseburger wraps.
Ingredients
- 250 g 5% lean steak mince
- 80 g passata
- 2 tbsp Mingle BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp Mingle BBQ seasoning
- 4 light cheese singles
- Lettuce
- Onion
- 2 wraps
Instructions
- Cook the mince in a pan until browned and no pink remains
- Add Mingle BBQ seasoning, herbs & spices and cook 1 more minute
- Add passata + Mingle BBQ sauce and simmer on low, stirring well
- Assemble wraps with mince, cheese singles, lettuce & onion
- Pan-toast both sides until crispy and melty
