Protein Quiche with Chicken & Peppers
Description: A simple, balanced, and crustless protein quiche with chicken and peppers. The base is a wrap that replaces the pie crust and holds up well during baking. The result is a complete, protein-rich, and incredibly flavorful meal. Perfect for a lunchbox or a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable pesto rosso (-5% on the whole site @koro_fr with code CLEM)
- Chili pepper salt, pepper, chicken spices
- 120 g chicken
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 20g mozzarella
Instructions
- Place the wrap in a small dish or mold (this will form the crispy base).
- In the dish, mix the eggs, milk, pesto, and seasoning.
- Add the chopped chicken and red pepper, roast chicken spices, and mozzarella.
- Pour everything into your dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes to brown.
