Ingredients

  1. Peel and dice pumpkin, apple, and onion.
  2. Add vinegar, pumpkin, apple, onion, and spices to a large pot.
  3. Bring to boil, then simmer on low, covered, for 30 minutes.
  4. In parallel, sterilize some jars by boiling for 30 minutes.
  5. Stir in powdered sugar and dried cranberries.
  6. Bring back to a boil and simmer, covered, 60-120 minutes.
  7. Ladle into sterilized jars and allow to cool.
  8. Allow chutney to mature 7-14 days before eating.
