Quick Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 Cans of Tuna in olive oil, including oil
- 200g Fusilli
- 2 big pinches of salt
- 300ml Double Cream
- 1 Garlic clove, crushed
- 50gr Tomato Paste
- 3tbsp Olive Oil
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil some water in a large saucepan, add 2 big pinches of salt and your pasta. Cook for 2 minutes less than what's indicated on the pack.
- To a large frying pan, warm on low-medium heat and add the olive oil. When warm, add the crushed garlic and let the oil absorb the flavours.
- Add a generous squeeze of tomato paste and let cook for 3 minutes or until soft.
- Add your tuna, including the oil. Cook for 2 minutes, then add cream and black pepper and let simmer until reduced.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the same pan. Sauté or mix until fully combined!
