Raspberry Cheesecake Bites (High Protein)
Description: High protein, low calorie raspberry cheesecake bites that kill the sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries (smashed)
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (thick)
- 1 tbsp zero-calorie maple syrup
- Stevia to sweeten even more (optional)
Instructions
- Smash 1 cup of raspberries.
- Mix in 1 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt (use a thick one).
- Add 1 tbsp zero-cal maple syrup.
- Add Stevia if you want it sweeter.
- Mix everything together.
- Drop little dollops onto parchment paper on a baking tray.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
