- 110g Unsalted Butter
- 50ml Oil
- 180g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 240ml Buttermilk
- 80ml Oil
- 1Tsp Vanilla
- 1Tsp Red Food Colouring
- 310g Plain Flour
- 10g Cocoa Powder
- 1Tsp Baking Soda
- 1Tsp Salt
- 1Tsp Vinegar
Instructions
- Pour into two 6-inches tin and Bake at 170C for 35-40 mins.
