Instructions
- Place sliced onions in the bottom of a roasting pan.
- Place the beef roast on top of the onions.
- Season the roast generously with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic cloves around the roast.
- Distribute cherry tomatoes and prunes around the roast.
- Sprinkle paprika over the roast.
- Pour sauce over the roast.
- Top with rosemary sprigs.
- Cover the roasting pan with a lid.
- Cook in the oven for 4 hours.
