  1. Add cheese puffs to a slow cooker.
  2. Add a block of Monterey Jack cheese.
  3. Add half and half.
  4. Add butter.
  5. Add onion powder.
  6. Add garlic powder.
  7. Add turmeric.
  8. Add crushed red pepper.
  9. Add shredded cheddar cheese.
  10. Cook on high for 1 hour and a half.
  11. Stir and break up the cheese block.
  12. Cook for 1 more hour on high.
  13. Drain pasta.
  14. Pour cheese mixture over pasta.
  15. Mix well.
  16. Top with bacon bits.
  17. Sprinkle with parsley.
  18. Serve.
