- 3/4 lb frozen broccoli florets
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Sticky Ginger Soy Glazed Chicken according to its recipe.
- Prepare the Garlic Noodles according to its recipe.
- If using frozen broccoli, no need to thaw if eating later in the week; they will thaw in the fridge overnight. If eating the same day, you may want to thaw them.
- If using fresh broccoli, steam the florets until tender-crisp and bright green.
- Assemble the meal prep boxes: Add a portion of cooked rice or noodles (from the Garlic Noodles recipe), a portion of the Sticky Ginger Soy Glazed Chicken, and a portion of the broccoli florets to each container.
