  1. Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan to form the base.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add cream and condensed milk and beat until smooth.
  3. Pour the cream mixture over the cookie base.
  4. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with cream.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled filling.
  7. Decorate with white chocolate or a piping bag.
  8. Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
