Torta Holandesa

Ingredients
- 200g cookies
- 100g melted butter
- 200g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 500ml cream
- 1 can condensed milk
- 200g chocolate chips
- 100ml cream
- 100g chocolate chips
- 50ml cream
Instructions
- Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan to form the base.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add cream and condensed milk and beat until smooth.
- Pour the cream mixture over the cookie base.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Melt chocolate chips with cream.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled filling.
- Decorate with white chocolate or a piping bag.
- Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
