Tropical Sunrise Mocktail
Description: One of my recipe testers called this mocktail “sunshine in a glass” and I think it’s a perfect description! My tropical sunrise has the perfect balance of mango, pineapple and coconut. It’s also packed with vitamin c and naturally hydrating due to the electrolytes in the coconut water.
Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) mango juice or puree
- 3 oz (90 ml) pineapple juice
- 3 oz (90 ml) coconut water
- 1 oz (30 ml) chilled hibiscus tea (can sub for pomegranate or cranberry juice)
- Pineapple fronds, citrus and/or edible flowers to garnish
Instructions
- Fill your glass to the brim with ice. Small icecubes work best for layered mocktails. If your ice is large, place it in a ziplock bag or tea towel and give it a therapeutic bash with a mallet.
- Add the mango juice, pineapple juice and coconut water.
- Slowly add the hibiscus tea (or alternative).
- Garnish and serve.
