  1. Prepare your vegetables. Peel and chop 1/2 zucchini, 1 carrot, and 1 cauliflower floret.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables, 10 dates, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup cacao powder, and 2 tbsp coconut oil to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup flour.
  5. Add 1 egg.
  6. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  7. Spoon the batter into a mini muffin tin or silicone molds.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 280 degrees Celsius.
  9. Let cool and enjoy!
