Veggie Chocolate Bites
Description: Delicious and healthy chocolate bites made with hidden vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 cauliflower floret
- 10 dates
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup milk (of your choice)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Prepare your vegetables. Peel and chop 1/2 zucchini, 1 carrot, and 1 cauliflower floret.
- Add the chopped vegetables, 10 dates, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup cacao powder, and 2 tbsp coconut oil to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup flour.
- Add 1 egg.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Spoon the batter into a mini muffin tin or silicone molds.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes at 280 degrees Celsius.
- Let cool and enjoy!
