  3. Her grocery shopping list included staples and ingredients for three planned meals: Red Beans and Rice, Skillet Chicken with Orzo and Olives, and Marinated Vegetable Kebabs.
  4. She spotted a sale on Atlantic Salmon and decided to purchase it.
  5. She also bought Johnsonville hot Italian sausage on sale, which went into the freezer, and smoked Cajun sausage for the Red Beans and Rice.
  6. She bought another pineapple because it was a good price.
  7. She got olives from the olive bar to avoid buying a whole jar and a mini-pack of grape tomatoes.
  8. Mushrooms were on sale, but zucchini was more expensive than she liked.
  9. The impulse-bought salmon was cooked with teriyaki sauce, frozen broccoli, and jasmine rice for a simple dinner.
  10. Her attempt at Red Beans and Rice in the Instant Pot had an incorrect liquid ratio, but it was still delicious and made a large batch.
  11. She made Skillet Chicken with Orzo and Olives using olives from the olive bar.
  12. She prepared Broiled Balsamic Vegetables with Lemon Parsley Rice.
  13. She made "Oatmeal Cookie" Baked Oatmeal for breakfast.
  14. She used the Lemon Parsley Rice as a base for savory breakfast bowls topped with a fried egg, mozzarella, and sriracha.
  15. They ate out twice during the week.
  16. She made Stove Top Popcorn a couple of times.
